  2. Prevent mirroring of video during video session appointments

    Prevent video display from being mirrored during telehealth video sessions. Currently the image is reversed, which can be very distracting for participants.

  4. Make Ticket Window Bigger

    When creating a new ticket, it would be nice if the window was bigger. When you add a staff associated to the ticket it doesn't fit in the window so you have to scroll over to select the staff. Thank you.

  5. 8035

    In the 8035 report, would it be possible to make the "Programs" scroll box expandable? We have so many programs and it is time consuming and error provoking when selecting multiple programs and you have to scroll, it would be so much easier if we could drag the box and make it larger. Thank you.

  6. Admissions

    Admissions tab: Please adjust so it is ordered with most recent stays are on the top.
    I have client's with up to 40 -50 stays and we have to scroll down to the bottom to work on the Admissions line and see most recent info.

  8. Dashboard doesn't indicate re-sent claims

    The "Recent billings" portion of client's dashboard only indicates the first time a claim was sent. I would like the section to reflect when the claim was re-sent to the same payer.

  9. family members in same portal

    Clients who are in the same family should be able to be combined to one portal. Clients can't use the same email to set up more than one portal, and therefore need to create another email to finalize paperwork for other child/family member.

  10. Client Module> Referent

    In the client module> contacts tab can the referral check box be defaulted to yes instead of no? It causes inaccuracies when running report 3540 at the end of the year to see who our are top referrals are. We usually only use this tab for this purpose and this button can be easily missed by our admission team.

  11. Setting up codes so they can be added to multipayers at once vs individually

    We are adding a Chemical Dependency program and with that there are several new billing codes I have been setting up and some additional ones to come. Is there any way in the Procentive system these can be added to all payers with a set rate where I do not have to manually enter these into each payer? It seems like there should be a something simple to check "X" codes at each set rate can be added to the selected payers.

  12. Consent/

    I would like to have the Consent for treatment and Privacy practices forms to automatically flow the signature date into the client module>client tab to the Signed Release on file and Privacy practice notice signed by client. This would be a better way to keep our files current and up to date.

  15. being able to change the regarding txt to apply to all appointments or just this one

    In the appointment window- the white box labeled regarding. I would like to be able to put information in there and be able to choose to have it apply to this appointment only or to all appointments scheduled for the client.

    If I open a new message and go to a different module to get information to include in the message, the message disappears and I have to start over. GRRR!

  18. import

    Adding more fields to the import feature would be very useful and cost effective. In particular, we would like to be able to import assigned staff, program, diagnosis and payer information along with the fields currently available for import.

    The ticketing system is very unwieldly and confusing. It takes way too much time to make sure all the steps were followed. It should follow more of a messaging model.

  20. searching for closed ticket

    It would be great if closed tickets could be searched for by words in the subject line. If I know I did something with the help of Procentive, but it was months ago, and I don't remember how, I would like to search for it. The only available search options are not useful.
